Such a bevy of beautiful colors – over 200 in all!  My new stash of Delica beads has arrived!  Can you imagine the fun I’ll have playing with these!  Each tube came wrapped individually in a plastic bag – it took several hours to just unpack these goodies! This order contains opaque, transparent, and metallic beads.  Some are matte finished, some are glossy.  My favorite beads are those that sparkle with rainbow finishes, although I find that using some of each type in a project adds far more complexity and interest to the finished work.  I have a new geometric beadwork bangle project in mind and I’m thinking of going with a predominant mix of greens and adding a bit of mauve, purple, and rust for contrast.  I can’t wait to start designing!
