Barbara Briggs Designs Artful Accessories
My artistic endeavors as an adult began earnestly in 1973 when I learned to weave. Knitting and crochet soon followed. In 1976, I opened a weaving studio which grew into a yarn shop. It was wonderful being surrounded by all those luscious fibers every day! I have always been drawn to the colors and textures of fiber…the nubbiness of Tussah silk, the shiny sleekness of satin ribbon, fuzzy woolens, whether in vibrant hues, subtle pastels, or mid-range, all beg to be touched. I’m sure you’ll agree that the scarves shown below have all that! Please inquire regarding availability.
