Zapped!

My creative flow went on vacation for the past four days while we had family visiting.  I’m really an introvert and very used to being alone.  I find constant interaction with people a complete drain – no matter how much I love them.  You know that sort of person who requires immense personal space – I’m one of those.   Even my beloved cats annoy me when they are especially needy and I’m trying to get work done!  It will probably take a few days of resting up from the holiday to regain my creative drive.  Until then, I’ll just work on general tasks like polishing up tarnished pieces, correcting some resin pours that settled unevenly – things I can do while listening and glancing up occasionally at an old flick from the 50’s.  Maybe “Bell, Book, and Candle” with Jimmy Stewart and Kim Novak, or “The Long, Long Trailer” with Lucy and Desi.
