Happy Valentines’ Day! It also happens to be Steven’s and my fifteenth wedding anniversary so it’s a very special day for us. The really great thing about having this date as an anniversay is that it seems everyone is celebrating love with you. Everywhere you go you see hearts and flowers and people kissing. Lovely! Rather than resort to purchasing a mass produced valentine or anniversary card, I opted to make Steven a bookmark made with polymer clay which is far less likely to become misplaced or discarded. I’ve added a short love letter at the top, an embossed love poem at the center, and the word LOVE in big, bold letters at the bottom. Tonight we’ll be cracking open a bottle of champagne and toasting to our very happy past fifteen years and all the happy years to come!
