It won’t be long before beading on the screened-in porch will be just a memory of pleasant summer days spent outdoors. So I’m taking advantage of the few days remaining when I can bead “al fresco”. Today Georgie is my beading companion. Thankfully, he isn’t at all interested in playing with beads or lying in my beading tray. He’s far more interested in wasps and the few remaining butterflies dancing in the air and fluttering from flower to flower in our prairie. I sincerely hope that our autumn weather will remain through the end of November. I am not looking forward to the cold and snow that winter will bring!
