What reading materials are on your nightstand?

As much as I would love to read a good mystery or biography, I have to admit that my bedtime reading is more of the technical nature.  Being constantly busy in the studio, it’s the one time I can actually get around to reading my “How To” books, peruse jewelry making catalogs, and catch up on the magazines I subscribe to that feature polymer and metal clay.  Lately, I’ve been interested in learning more about glass fusing and bead making.  It’s something my kilns and torches are capable of handling.  But these books will be replaced with others soon.  I’ve come to the conclusion that for now, I am so deep into metalsmithing, metal clay, seed beading, and working in mixed media…why would I even entertain the thought of buying more materials for a new medium?  I guess it’s just because I want to do everything!  I need at least one hundred more years of life to do everything I want to do.  And, frankly, that may not be enough time!
