These past two weeks have been filled with many tasks that needed immediate attention. I haven’t had a free minute to make jewelry and bead and I miss it immensely. Something goes astray in my soul when I’m not creating. The deadline for submitting work for the 2010 PMC Guild Annual is due May 15 and I honestly don’t know if I’ll make it this year. The days are just too short for everything that needs to be accomplished. My herbs and vegetables are impatiently waiting while outgrowing their tiny containers and becoming leggy. I have orders for several pair of earrings that need to be done ASAP. An unfinished metal and polymer clay bracelet has been lying on the workbench needing my attention. And all those lovely little beads are calling “Can Barbara come out and play?” – where, oh where, are those elves who work at night while I sleep!
