The Color Purple

This is pure inspiration!Our prairie is filled with blooming Spiderwort.  Is it any wonder that I'm now working in blues, purples, and greens?  Me...the princess of greige, beige, brown, and other neutrals!  My recent works in polymer clay, and the brand new "Bedazzled Spiral Cuff" jewelry kit shown below attest to my new found affinity for the lush hues and shades of these cool colors.  I'm so influenced by my surroundings and, at the moment,  my world is the green of the forest and the blue of the sky and the wide Mississippi river flowing beneath...and, of course, the Spiderwort!
