My seed beads have been woefully neglected of late…

Bags and tubes of sparkly little treasures ensconced in their respective trays and categorized by color and materials, are patiently waiting for my attention. It has literally been months since I’ve picked up needle and thread and beaded a project. In fact, the last project was a bead-embroidered cuff that I finished in March.  Oh well, they will have to wait a bit longer.  If you’ve been following my blog for any length of time, you know that I like to work with different mediums and that my interests ebb and flow constantly.  For the past two months, I’ve been giving my all to working with clays – a bit of bronze metal clay, but primarily polymer and epoxy resin clays for which I’ve  also been writing an article. The subject matter deals with the similarities and differences between the two clays and I must admit that I’m having a great deal of fun playing with these materials.  I’ll have some show and tell very soon!
