More Trash to Treasure…

It used to be a lamp, but after fifteen years of use and being knocked over several times by cats, it stopped working. Considering the initial price of the lamp I knew it would cost more to have it rewired. I had always loved this lamp…I found the branches and little nest with three eggs charming and surely, I could salvage it! So with the help of polymer clay, I created tiny buds that sit at the tip of each branch and a graceful flower that perches at top as a finial. The lamp now has new life as a jewelry tree! The little nest will hold rings and earrings can dangle from the branches!
