More fun at Bead and Button!

Robert Dancik’s class today was a blast.  I’d post a photo of the piece I made, but although my iPad takes marvelous photos, it won’t let me retrieve them for inclusion in blogs or other social media:-( Darn!  Guess I’ll be posting photos of my Milwaukee adventure after I return home.  The ” Meet the Teachers” event was great fun.  I saw a lot of familiar faces there and also stocked up on sheets of Faux Bone and saw blades, and I found some very cool brass pieces at Gail Crossman-Moore’s booth.  The floor show opened today and I purchased a nifty assortment of polished bone beads, torch-fired copper disks in a variety of sizes, brass chain, and a Euro Tools five-piece shaping set with deldrin forms. Tomorrow’s class is geared to bead embroidery with zippers and yes of course, I’ll do a bit more shopping afterwards!
