I've been busy working on various projects that I won't be able to do while I'm in "down time" mode and I've recently had requests for more of my sea-themed pieces. I found that my stock of these bronze metal clay embellishments had all but depleted, so this weekend was spent making lots of tiny bronze metal clay urchin, spirula, limpet, and other seashell replicas. I had also run out of bronze clasps for my "Modular Concept Cuff"beading kits and needed to make more of those. This grouping of components has dried and been carefully sanded. The components are now ready to be placed in a container filled with activated coconut carbon and fired. It will be great to have my stash of these goodies replenished and at the ready for new jewelry making and beading projects in which they will play an important role!
