I had been coveting an Ezel Beading Pal for the longest time. The folks who make the Beading Pal had a booth at last June’s Bead and Button show and I was sorely tempted to purchase one then, but I’ll admit that the $100 price tag gave me a bit of sticker shock! Over the past months I’ve read many positive reviews of the Beading Pal and reconsidered the purchase of one. I placed my order for a black faux leather case...the Beading Pal comes in a slew of various colors, finishes, and textures including silver, gold, lime green, and more! It shipped the same day, and arrived in my mailbox just a few days later. I couldn't wait to unwrap the package and am very pleased with my purchase! The case unzips to reveal a sizeable firmly padded beading mat with rolled edges on which to rest one’s wrists while beading. The top half of the case is fitted with elastic loops for holding tubes of beads as well as a soft mesh pocket for other beading paraphernalia. The Ezel Beading Pal is undoubtedly great for travel, but I like that when I’m finished beading for the day, I can zip it up and keep my work safe from curious kitties who would love to explore all those shiny, sparkly, little round objects or run off with my unfinished work!
