that Santa put under the tree - a RingMaker mold! I first saw these at the 2008 PMC Conference where the RingMaker molds set was introduced. With this mold I will be able to make perfectly round, seamless metal clay rings. Purchasing an entire set of molds to make any size ring would be cost prohibitive for me. The size I requested is #21, which will yield a finished ring in a 6 - 7 1/4 size range, depending on the shrinkage of the particular clay one uses. Of course, when the metal clay is at a leather hard stage, the ring can be carved, so one is not limited to a plain band. The directions are in Japanese, but Rio Grande has a video showing how to use it on their website, thank goodness!
