Fashion Forward

I've been perusing the August issue of Bazaar magazine and it is jam-packed with great ideas for jewelry and purses.  I've been contemplating making a small evening bag (not that I go anywhere to use one - they're just so darn cute!) using polymer clay.  I would imprint wonderful textures on the clay and stitch a handle or short shoulder strap with seed beaded links.  That would be the fun part.  I'm not keen on doing linings and perhaps I would just do an interior in a contrast color of polymer clay.  Well - there's another project to file away for when I have time!
