Curiosity, and great expectations – like a little child, Peek seems to be pondering what might be inside those packages! She doesn’t know that Santa has brought her a box filled with mouse toys and fuzzy, sparkly spheres to play with. I’m eager to see her tossing them in the air and rolling around holding them in her paws. She’s still a kitten at heart! Her older sister isn’t into that sort of thing. She wouldn’t think of turning wild and crazy over some silly stuffed mouse! We always open presents on Xmas Eve. It’s a special night that happens only once a year with those you love gathered round, feeling happy and at peace with the world. Would that every night could be like that! I wish you and yours the merriest of holidays!
