That’s what this past weekend was. I didn’t step foot in my studio! In fact, I only left my boudoir to forage for food! Over Saturday and Sunday I indulged in exercise, yoga, and a massage. I did “girly” things and took an entire afternoon to do a home spa treatment with facial mask, manicure and pedicure. I have been remiss in doing the occasional beauty day and was definitely ready to pursue those hedonistic activities! I read for pleasure – fiction rather than my usual “how to” jewelry texts. What a novel concept!!! The cats were only too happy to lounge on the bed and keep me company. Being indoors was all the more delicious considering the cold spell we are having. I’m so glad I took this time off to relax and renew because today, I’m back in the studio again with fresh ideas for earrings filled with resin. Stay tuned…I may have several new pair to show later this week!
