A Find in Chinatown!

I truly had no intention of shopping for beads in San Francisco, but sometimes, there you are at the right place at the right time with your nose pressed up against a window in which beads of every color are displayed and they beg you to enter.  Such was the case at the store in Chinatown where I came upon this sixteen inch strand of exquisite  25mm carved green turquoise beads joined at each end by a large sterling silver toggle clasp.  I haven't yet decided how I will use them or whether I will break up the strand which is assuredly heavy, but until I do, they do look quite smashing around my neck!
