While vacationing in California over the past two weeks, I did find some time to work on a beading project and that was something I hadn’t done in a while. But I also found time to stop in an antique store in Paso Robles and look what I found!

These crystals, rocks, arrowheads, and copal are texturally fantastic and offer many possibilities. I’m presently using them to make molds for resin casting! Of course, I plan to make more rings. I LOVE rings and have had so many comments on those I recently created (anywhere from “I like your rings…they’re really out there” to “Lady, those are some badass rings”), but I want to make bracelets, earrings and pendants as well…an entire collection of faux crystal and stone jewelry! There is a lot of creative fun awaiting me in the weeks ahead! I’ll also be finishing my geometric warped-square beading project and I’m working on a beading tutorial to go with it! I’ll let you know as soon as it’s ready!
