Tibetan Inspired Beaded Rope - Teardrop Charm - Row 14

Although there is still much work to be done outdoors, I felt the need to get back to my “Tibetan Inspired Beaded Rope” project. I’m so close to finishing…just a few more weeks if the minutia of everyday life doesn’t intrude and predictably it usually does! I’ve completed the beaded pentagon charm portion of the necklace and just finished the teardrop charm portion. Triangle charms are next. The step left to do after finishing that is taking process photos and writing directions for creating the faux amber, coral, and turquoise polymer accent beads. You may wonder why it takes me so long to finish a project…it’s because I’m writing the tutorial and taking process photos of every step as I go along. If I were to do nothing except create beading tutorials, I seriously doubt I’d be able to produce more than a dozen per year because the designs are usually quite complex and involved and because I have a life that includes many facets aside from beading, I’m not able produce as many as I’d like. The tutorial is about seventy-five percent near completion and I assure you that it will be worth the wait!
