Just as I finished the tutorial and assembled kits for the “Floral Brooch”design, I find that a new task awaits me. I thought I’d have a free block of time to explore beading geometrical cone shapes from Volume 1 of CGB. I had just started working on the foundation row when I discovered that I had completely run out of bronze metal sea themed components – those wonderful little goodies that I include in my Bead Treasure Box Collections and offer in packs of ten as well! The little beauties are great for embellishing beaded works and jewelry making and are in high demand. So, the seed beads will be put on hold for a few days while I play with metal clay. I really can’t complain because I love creating with different materials and in diverse genres. It’s stimulating and generates new ideas. It’s all fun! I have to say…I love my life!
Wouldn't you know…
