Our cat, Peek-a-boo, has been on mouse patrol for several nights to no avail. The mouse is hiding in the metals studio, which also serves as a storage room. Shelves stacked floor to ceiling and brimming with boxes of stuff is a fantastic hiding place for critters! After discovering that the mouse had eaten drop beads from my beading tray, I decided that might be the perfect place to set a trap with peanut butter as the bait. I discovered this morning upon entering the metals studio that the mouse had managed to lick every single bit of peanut butter from the trap without triggering it. I’m giving it another try tonight…this time with Jarlsberg!
Oh, we've got a smart one here!

That mouse must have some sparkly droppings 🙂
Ha! He or she probably does, although I haven’t seen anymore and considering the beads were 3.4mm, they may be difficult to pass!
