Life has a habit of getting in the way. I was making good progress and had finished the second row of tiny horns on my Sea Dragon III wrist wrap, but momentum was thrown off when I went to Chicago for three days, then upon returning to the studio, a huge shipment of Delicas arrived and had to be unpacked (I’m still sorting the colors and looking for adequate storage), and yesterday was spent entirely in the kitchen cooking for company. I always have the best of intentions of sitting down and beading for a lengthy span of time and then the interruptions start – emails keep coming in that need an answer ASAP, Peekaboo whines and looks at me with those big soft eyes until I relent and spend time brushing her. Just as I settle back down, the phone or doorbell rings or my husband needs me to help him with something. If we were having a normal spring, the prairie and areas around the house would demand my time and attention. It’s always something! Well, today I’m going to try to get some beading done. Wish me luck!
I should be farther along on this project, but…

Good Luck! I love the diamond pattern and the beautiful colors.
Thank you, Verda. I think this Sea Dragon will be very tactile and the colors are so shimmery…the photo doesn’t really show how they glisten!
Now I can’t wait to order the kit 🙂
