Happy Valentines’ Day! It also happens to be Steven’s and my twenty-first wedding anniversary so it’s a very special day for us! The really great thing about having this date as an anniversay is that it seems everyone is celebrating love with you. Everywhere you go you see hearts and flowers and people kissing. Lovely! Tonight we’ll be cracking open a bottle of champagne and toasting to all the very happy years we’ve had together and to all the very precious years to come!
Shown at left is a mixed-media heart brooch I made last year. It is made of hammer-textured bronze, copper, sterling silver, rivets and wire, carved Faux Bone™, and polymer clay.
